Screen Printing 101

• We can print one (1) to four (4) colors at one time.
• Our "basic" ink colors are: scarlet red, bright red, royal blue, navy blue, forest green, white, maroon, black, yellow and ahtletic gold. In most cases we can mix colors to create your desired color if necessary.
• Our Maximum order is 300
• Our Minimum order is 12
• Pricing is based on several factors:
  1. Quantity of shirts/garments/item
  2. Type of garment ie: t-shirt, sport shirt, swearshirt, tank top, towel, tote, etc.
  3. Long sleeve shirts are more expensive than short sleeve shirts.
  4. Pocketed t-shirts are more expensive than those without pockets.
  5. Color of garment (colors are more expensive than whites).
  6. Number of ink colors
  7. Location of prints ie: one side, two sides, sleeves, pantlegs, etc.
  8. If you provide your own artwork there is NO ARTWORK FEE, otherwise there the fee is $65 per hour for original art/design creation.
  9. The standard setup fee is $40 per order.
  10. Ink change charge is $8.
• Normal turn-a-round time is 3 - 5 working days.

• Tips to reduce your cost of screen printing:
• Reduce the number of colors
• Print only one side
• Print on white shirts
• The more you order, the cheaper it is

Example:

Jimmij Graphic Design screen prints 100 ash grey t-shirts which are a 6.1 oz, 100% cotten shirt. They are printed on two sides with one color or ink. Your cost: $4.55 each and $30 setup charge. 100 x $4.55 + $30 = $485.00 or $4.85 each - your cost. Your total investment is $485.00 plus tax.

You sell the t-shirts @ $10.00 each for example: 100 x $10.00 = $1000.00
Your PROFIT is $515.00!
